At TEAM:BARIATRICS, you’ll work with an entire team of weight-loss experts, including surgeons, physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, personal trainers and an insurance specialist. This team of specialists will work with you to develop a personalized weight-loss plan. And even after your plan has begun, you’ll continue to meet with them to discuss your continued progress. It’s all part of our approach to treat the whole person — emotionally, physically and spiritually — to ensure you learn to control your weight and change your lifestyle permanently.
Surgeon
Our board-certified surgeons use the most advanced weight-loss treatments available, and have the medical expertise to use them safely and effectively. With their knowledge and experience, they take these new technologies in weight-loss medicine and give you the lifechanging results you’ve been hoping for.
Physician
You’ll have access to a physician, who is board certified in internal medicine and specializes in obesity, to design a weight-loss program specifically for you. Throughout the program, this physician continues to see you, monitors your progress and makes any needed changes to your program.
Nurse Practitioner
You’ll meet regularly with a nurse practitioner who has a strong background in adult health, mental health and acute care. The nurse practitioner assists with any questions you may have and monitors your weight loss and body composition throughout your journey.
Personal Trainer
You’ll also consult with a personal trainer regularly. The certified personal trainer develops a physical fitness program based on your health and weight-loss goals and monitors your progress.
Dietitian
A registered dietitian and nutritionist will conduct a personal assessment, review your medical history and weight-loss goals, and help you develop meal and menu plans during and after weight loss, as well as keep a food diary.
Insurance Specialist
When it comes to financial questions or concerns, you’re never alone. Our insurance specialist is always available to help with insurance plans and understanding your benefits. We can recommend a variety of financing options to help you begin your life-changing journey.
